“Truly a phenomenal experience! After trying physical therapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic I gave acupuncture a try. I worked with Lindsay for 3 weeks (two appointments per week) on a recent LCL injury and a ten year old nagging shoulder injury. The day my water broke I had acupuncture 3 hours earlier with her and she said “Let’s get things moving!” And she definitely did! She also talked to me about possible birth plans and hypno-birthing which was very helpful. I believe it made my delivery much smoother. She is so un-intimidating and scientific when presenting information and giving recommendations. I appreciate that she doesn’t beat around the bush and addresses the foundation of what’s going on. My chronic neck and back spasms have gone down, mobility increased, less headaches, and back-sleeping better.
